ADMISSION RELATED INSTRUCTIONS

I. The candidates can report for admission between 10:00 to 16:00 hours on all reporting days and the time schedule for the last day of reporting is based on MCC guideline (server time).

II. Candidates must carry one of the identification proofs at the time of admission (as mentioned in the information Bulletin published by the National Board of Examinations (NBE) for NEET i.e. PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport and Aadhaar Card).

III. The candidate should download the documents from the link and prepare in complete shape and submit at time of reporting to the college. This will ensure quick processing of admission procedure.

(i) Admission Form

This form should be downloaded, enter all particulars and to be printed out in A4 size paper (colour print).         

(ii) Admission documents

This form should be downloaded, printed out in A4 size paper and filled up.

(iii) Agreement bond for candidates admitted to M.D/M.S/PG Diploma/MDS courses 2023-2024 session.

This document is prescribed as annexure IV in the prospectus for admission to post graduate degree/diploma courses in Tamil Nadu Government Medical Colleges for the year 2023-2024. This document should be printed in legal size bond paper and filled up.

NOTE:

  • Candidates without original certificates/documents shall not be allowed to take admission in the allotted Medical College.
  • Candidates who had submitted their original documents with any other Institute/ College/University must get all the original documents from that college and to be produced while reporting for admission. Without original documents admission will not be granted.
